Returns and Refund Policy
At this time we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check your order before you make your purchase to ensure it is correct for you. All orders are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or return. We quality check all orders before they are sent out through Royal Mail Post Office.
For Further inquiries please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and name in the subject line and a clear photo of jewellery sent to us.
Please inspect your order upon arrival if your order is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item/order please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name and proof of the faulty item/order, so that we can quickly resolve this issue. You have up to 3 days of your arrive package to STATE your issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special pre-orders or personalised/custom items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items as it is a final sale.
There are no exchanges due to Health and Hygiene purposes!⛔️
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
